      • Marketing Text Messages: To opt out of marketing text messages, you must reply STOP to the text message. You agree that texting “STOP” in response to our text message is the only reasonable method of opting out. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than “STOP” or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.

      • Third party sharing. To opt-out of our disclosure of your personal information to third parties, please send an email to the customer care address below with the words “opt-out of third party sharing” in the subject line.

10. UK/EEA RESIDENTS’ NOTICE

b. Additional Rights for UK and EEA Residents

c. Cross-Border Data Transfers

We may transfer to, and store the data we collect about you, in countries other than the country in which the data was originally collected, including the United States. Those countries may not

11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

We do not intentionally collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in California). If you are under these ages, please ask a parent or guardian for help in using our website or purchasing any products. We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page with a “Last Updated” in advance of the effective date of the revisions.
