We use tracking pixels to trigger ads on participating websites, and to tell us when an advertisement we run on another website has been clicked on. This information helps us evaluate which advertisements are more appealing to users. Services that help us collect this data may include Google and Meta.       • We employ session replay software, which is a digital playback tool that records and recreates your sessions, capturing clicks, scrolls, and keystrokes. We do not use this information to track you for purposes of advertising or marketing. By using our Services, you understand that we or our third-party vendors may collect session information through session replay software. One such third-party vendor that we use is Hotjar.         • Marketing Text Messages: To opt out of marketing text messages, you must reply STOP to the text message. You agree that texting “STOP” in response to our text message is the only reasonable method of opting out. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than “STOP” or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.
        • Postal communications from Doen. If you would like to opt out of postal communications from Doen, email us at the address below.
        • Third party sharing. To opt-out of our disclosure of your personal information to third parties, please send an email to the customer care address below with the words “opt-out of third party sharing” in the subject line.

The criteria we use to determine retention periods for each category of personal information is based on the type of personal information, contractual requirements, or with regards to product or service maintenance and improvements. While we do not ‘sell’ your personal information for monetary benefit, specific U.S. state laws define our sharing of your postal address for third party offers or information associated with your browser through third party cookies placed on our website as a ‘sale’.     10. UK/EEA RESIDENTS’ NOTICE

    The European Economic Area (“EEA”) and the United Kingdom (“UK”) have each enacted privacy laws. The EEA’s and the UK’s General Data Protection Regulation (collectively, the “GDPR”) create additional privacy obligations for ‘Controllers’ of personal data and provide EU and UK residents with additional privacy rights.

    c. Cross-Border Data Transfers

    We may transfer to, and store the data we collect about you, in countries other than the country in which the data was originally collected, including the United States. Those countries may not

When we transfer your data to other countries, we will protect the data as described in this Privacy Policy and applicable supplemental product privacy policy and comply with applicable legal requirements providing adequate protection for the transfer of data to countries outside the EEA.

    We do not intentionally collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in California).     We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page with a “Last Updated” in advance of the effective date of the revisions.
