A fitted waistband is given structure with princess seams, and a side zip that cinches the bodice to create a perfect fit. The full-length skirt is shirred into the waist for fullness, and falls gracefully to the ankle where it is adorned with a simple shirred in ruffle, calling back to the ruffles at the bodice, which are finished with picot edge detailing.
