LONDON DRESS

The London Dress is all sweet simplicity. An open bust panel in front connects to grosgrain ties that crisscross in back, adjusting so you cinch the neckline closed or leave open to let the afternoon sun shine on your skin. Puff sleeves are accented with more grosgrain trim along the center, front, back, and shoulder, leading to princess panels at the bodice that culminate in a V-shape at the center front, with a waist and yoke that are slightly shorter at the back. Shirring throughout creates room and conceals a zipper closure for easy on and off. The slight A-line skirt is accented with center front seams and a delicate ruffle at the hem.
