The Eugenie Dress boasts a simple silhouette accented by a waterfall of cascading ruffles. A lace-trimmed ruffle extends from the deep V-neck, echoing the lace-trimmed flounce at the tight sleeve cuffs that end with a buttoned cuff. The shaped waistband can be cinched with a self tie in back to adjust fit at waist, creating structured seaming that recalls our favorite 1930’s gowns. The bias cut full length skirt adds volume, cut slightly longer at the front than the back, and creates a sense of movement that encourages the fabric to flutter and flow with every step.
