Smocking rings the yoke in alternating contrast colors, trimmed with a generous ruffle matched by more petite ruffles at the neck and cuffs. Three-quarter sleeves can be pushed up a bit higher for between-seasons breeziness as the single ruffle tier at the hem swishes and flutters.
