Statement ruffles trim the neckline, waistline, and sleeves, with cord trim hand sewn through the center of each ruffle to create a double-ruffle effect. Fully lined through the bodice and skirt, this beauty also features grip tape at the shoulders to anchor it in place for ease of wear.
