Communaute LLC dba DÔEN (“DÔEN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) to describe the information we collect, how we use it, and when and with whom we share it. This Policy applies to this website (https://shopdoen.com/), other websites, and to personal information collected offline, such as through a purchase of our products or subscription to our mailing lists or newsletters (collectively the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Services.

We use tracking pixels to trigger ads on participating websites, and to tell us when an advertisement we run on another website has been clicked on.   • We employ session replay software, which is a digital playback tool that records and recreates your sessions, capturing clicks, scrolls, and keystrokes. We use this information to better understand user behavior, diagnose problems, and make improvements to our Services. We do not use this information to track you for purposes of advertising or marketing. By using our Services, you understand that we or our third-party vendors may collect session information through session replay software. One such third-party vendor that we use is Hotjar. • Correct the inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

• Marketing Text Messages: To opt out of marketing text messages, you must reply STOP to the text message. You agree that texting “STOP” in response to our text message is the only reasonable method of opting out. You also understand and agree that any other method of opting out, including, but not limited to, texting words other than “STOP” or verbally requesting one of our employees to remove you from our list, is not a reasonable means of opting out.

• Third party sharing. To opt-out of our disclosure of your personal information to third parties, please send an email to the customer care address below with the words “opt-out of third party sharing” in the subject line.

6. RETENTION

We will retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or internal policies. The criteria we use to determine retention periods for each category of personal information is based on the type of personal information, contractual requirements, or with regards to product or service maintenance and improvements. We will also retain and use personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

It is important that you protect and maintain the security of your account credentials and you need to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. While we do not ‘sell’ your personal information for monetary benefit, specific U.S. state laws define our sharing of your postal address for third party offers or information associated with your browser through third party cookies placed on our website as a ‘sale’. 9. UK/EEA RESIDENTS’ NOTICE
