Glossary - Facility Audits & Certifications - Bureau Veritas Certification
The Bureau Veritas certification process is designed to assess the health and safety of workers, production quality, and sustainability management. Auditors help facilities find ways to limit carbon-intensive activities, improve traceability of raw materials, and responsibly manage natural resources. In addition to ensuring compliance with all local and international laws and workplace regulations, Bureau Veritas assesses the prioritization of women’s rights, including equal pay for equal work, equal representation, and policies for advancement and training. In addition, Bureau Veritas ensures the right to collective bargaining.
