Allie and I met somewhere towards the end of high school through mutual friends, and I had an immediate magnetic pull towards the warmth and light of her being. When Allie was studying at Central St Martins, and I was traveling frequently to Paris for work, she would come over on the train to my hotel room and we would have the best time staying in, talking the night away, or going out dancing until dawn. Allie is endlessly creative, wholly vibrant, and lives life to the fullest. In addition, she is a passionate, energetic mom who shares a lot of my same values and perspectives on motherhood - it has been so amazing to have our friendship grow with our motherhood. I see my older son Wilder marvel at Allie’s in-depth lessons on evolution or charging crystals in the moonlight, I can tell that he already feels the magic and magnetism of Allie.
