2025 Impact Update

Each year, we publish an Impact Report, updating our community on the work we’ve accomplished and how we’re progressing toward the goals outlined in our 2030 Roadmap. Highlights from 2025 include significant growth in preferred materials, enhanced traceability across key material supply chains, inaugural worker wellbeing and gender equity programs, and investment in renewable energy solutions to support our climate goals. This work reflects a collective effort across teams, value chain partners, and industry peers to help shape a more thoughtful and resilient industry. As we step into our next decade of DÔEN, we remain committed to the path we set out on—guided by our Roadmap, grounded in deeper relationships, and humbled by a sense of responsibility to future generations.
