When it comes to sartorial insouciance, the French have an enviable edge, and chef Eléonore Toulin embodies an undeniable je ne sais quoi with aplomb. Parisian-born and bred, Léo trained at the famed Alain Ducasse culinary school before relocating to Los Angeles, where she’s embraced the left coast spirit like a local. In between hosting, cooking, and catering, she packed her bags and snuck away to Ibiza this Summer, where she confesses, “I do try to carry-on, but I usually end up checking my bag.” Nonetheless, her vacation style remains relatively unfussy: “I mostly wear a swimsuit and a sarong for the beach, and a light dress styled with nice shoes and jewelry at night.”
