Kristina is one of those people who immediately makes you feel at home. Earlier this month - when she was only a week from her due date - that is exactly how I felt going into her bright west side home, filled with children's drawings, dried flowers and backyard hens. Glowing in every way, I was completely entranced by her attitude and nature - knowing that the following week she would be delivering her third baby (boy/girl was not yet known), yet acting so incredibly calm and serene. Since this shoot, she has added a third to her tribe, this time a beautiful baby girl: Louella Moon. Kristina, co-founder of cult followed wedding and party centric blog 100 Layer Cake, is a creative, business woman, and outstanding mother all rolled into one. Her bright and airy home reflects her bright and airy persona, making me laugh all day with her dry humor and outlook on life.
